Arriving was confusing as we entered through a bank. the rooms were poorly built with a broken door handle and bathroom upkeep issues. However, the location is central, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a decent stay.

My room was brand, new and beautifully maintained thanks to the VERY AMIABLE staff. My room included climate control, multi, channel TV, and coffee and tea making equipment. the fact that it overlooked the city. the hotel was in a perfect and marvelous location, in the middle of Jackson. I had a wonderful stay at Capital Suites Center in Tirana. the room was modern and well, kept, with all the amenities I needed. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. I especially enjoyed the view of the city from my room. Overall, a great experience!
